Shrink down. Way down. MAZ sends a tiny probe through the layers of reality, one glowing 3D maze at a time, from a living cell all the way to the quarks inside a proton.

 

EIGHT LAYERS, EIGHT SCIENCES. Every layer is a maze of up to three stacked floors, with its own world, music, foes and building blocks to collect.

I. The Cell (biology): gather the DNA bases A, T, G and C while viruses drift the corridors.

II. The Molecule (chemistry): build methane, CH4, dodging free radicals.

III. The Crystal (materials science): assemble a salt lattice past pulsing laser gates.

IV. The Atom: fill carbon's electron shells as hunter photons chase you down.

V. The Nucleus: bind protons and neutrons across three floors.

VI. A Star's Core: fuse hydrogen into helium while flare vents erupt beneath you.

VII. The Event Horizon: gather the whole light spectrum as a black hole's gravity drags at the probe.

VIII. Quantum Foam: build a proton and a neutron from quarks while virtual particles tunnel straight through the walls.

 

A TRUE 3D MAZE. Green pads lift you up a floor, orange pads drop you down. Samples are spread across every floor and the exit portal waits on the lowest one. A live minimap charts each floor as you explore, and SCAN lays a glowing gold route to your next target when you are lost.

 

WATCH YOUR ENERGY. Your power drains every second. Green energy cells refill it, blue kits repair your shields, and every layer is bigger, faster and meaner than the last.

 

LEARN SOMETHING REAL. Each layer ends with a Discovery: a genuine science fact about what you just explored and one quick question. Earn up to three stars per layer: reach the portal, answer correctly, and finish without a scratch.

 

Finish Layer VIII to open the Multiverse, an endless run of ever larger four-floor mazes with a new science fact in every universe. Three difficulty levels, from Explorer (five shields, slower foes) to Nobel (two shields, faster foes, 1.5x score).
